1218 Studios is run by R. Helpa — a developer and maker working across full-stack web, 3D printing, music, and game dev. The studio designs functional objects, ships them on Etsy & Ko-fi, and builds the tooling that keeps it all running.
Who I am.
I'm a developer with hands-on experience building full-stack applications, custom dashboards, and automation tools — primarily Python & Django. The work emphasizes clarity, maintainability, and real-world usefulness rather than abstract demos.
Beyond software, the studio designs and prints functional objects: wall mounts, modular systems, parametric pieces. Cross-discipline work informs how I design software: pragmatic, modular, grounded in real constraints.
